Local work

Someone comes to you. The arrival code proves they're the right person, at your door, before anything starts.

  1. Post the task, set your price, add your location.
  2. Accept an offer — the fee moves into escrow.
  3. The tasker sets off; you get a one-time arrival code.
  4. Read it out at the door; the job begins.
  5. Confirm when it's done and the money is released.

Remote work

Work delivered online, with room for a couple of rounds of changes before you approve.

  1. Post the brief and set your price.
  2. Accept an offer — the fee moves into escrow.
  3. The tasker delivers a file, link, or write-up.
  4. Approve it, or ask for a revision (up to two).
  5. Confirm, and the money is released.

01 If the job stalls

Deliver remote work and hear nothing back? After a day it settles automatically, so finished work never waits forever on a silent requester.

02 If something goes wrong

A requester can cancel and be refunded before work is confirmed. Every step is recorded, so a dispute has a real timeline behind it.

03 If it involves your safety

Reviews that report a real concern reach a person, not a filter. Contact details are stripped from public reviews automatically.
